5 Desserts You Must Try Before You Die

Well, I really want to have a good body, but not as much as I want dessert. So here are 5 Desserts which I feel all of you must try once before you die!

Dessert 1:

I've never met a problem a proper cupcake couldn't fix. Specially if it is none other than a Red Velvet Cupcakes with lovely Cream Cheese frosting!
So yes, that would be the 1st on my list for a 'Must Try Dessert'. Make sure the frosting is the Philadelphia Cream Cheese to have the best experience ever. If you are in Mumbai, then make sure you try out the best at Love Sugar Dough. :)

Dessert 2:

Research tells us fourteen out of any ten individuals likes chocolate. The remaining one is always lying.
Who can deny their love for chocolates? Well at least I can't. So here goes the next Dessert on my list - The Molten Lava Cake.
Now please don't be satisfied by the ones you get at KFC. Go out and look for better ones. I am yet to find the best one in town yet. So if you know a place, then please do tell me about it! :)

Dessert 3:

The only way cheese is dessert is when it's followed by the word cake. Hence next on this list is the mouth-watering Blueberry Cheesecake!
In fact, I know a very good friend who loves Cheesecake so very much that it is now her middle name! :D I have had one of the best at CeleJor in Mumbai. The trick to enjoy a Cheesecake is to savour each bite in your mouth, allowing the perfect blend of the soft cream and the crunchy crust to sink in. Don't ever rush into your Cheesecake! :)

Dessert 4:

Someone once said, “We must have a pie. Stress cannot exist in the presence of a pie.”
It's true! So that's exactly what you should try next. A delicious slice of a Banoffee Pie!
It is an English dessert pie made from bananas, cream and toffee (or dulce de leche). Now, did you just cringe while reading 'banana'? Well I had too. I hate bananas! But guess what? When I tasted my 1st Banoffee Pie with much conviction that I would hate it, I was surprisingly proved wrong! The different flavours together work like magic. Not too sweet yet sinfully delectable!

Dessert 5:

The last but definitely not the least is the classic Tiramisu.
It is often known as a ‘pick me up’ because it's ingredients do give you a boost in your energy. It's origin is from Italy. This chocolaty-coffee dessert will absolutely win your heart over! :)

Which ones have you checked off the list till now? Which dessert would you love to try next? Where did you find the best one? Tell me all about it! Yes yes please please! :D

Crazy Cravings - Episode 2 - Port Wine

Well, My Crazy Cravings are back! And this time it is Port Wine. I have had it only twice and I have no clue why I feel like having it right now.

Port Wine
I have always wondered why is it called 'Port' Wine. The answer is quite simple actually.

Wikipedia: Port wine (also known as Vinho do Porto, Portuguese pronunciation: [ˌviɲuduˈpoɾtu], Porto, and usually simply port) is a Portuguese fortified wine produced exclusively in the Douro Valley in the northern provinces of Portugal.

The cheapest bottle of Port Wine you can get is from GOA for Rs. 100 and from Nasik for Rs. 150. At least this is what I know. If you know any other places where you can get good Port Wine then tell me!! NOW!!!

Also, did you know that Port Wine is actually good for your Health??

According to the new study, 500 milligrams of wine can be consumed every day. The amount is good enough to provide the required health benefits of resveratrol and the other antioxidants.

Unfortunately, the dessert wine if consumed above the specified amount can turn out to be very harmful due to its high alcohol concentration and calories (sugars).

Sigh! Let's clink our glasses and say Cheers to 500 milligrams of Port Wine! :D

We, Priyam and Shaurabh, attended the Harry Potter brunch hosted by Courtyard by Marriott in the month of August. It was the first of its kind in Mumbai and being Potter fans, we were very excited!

We shared the posts and the details of the arrangement on our instagram account! In case you missed it, get a glimpse here:

The community tables were set! Gryffindor Ravenclaw Hufflepuff Slytherin!

Butterbeer! (non-alcoholic) Tasted like a decent nice Mocktail. Good job on the look!

Look at the Salad spread!!! Loved it!

I wish I could eat this whole thing!! All the magical books and the sorting hat!

Yum yum choux pastry

Although it was filled with the Usual jellies and candies, the set-up was impressive.

Delicious soft non-veg starters...

Two excited #PotterHeads!!!

Remember this cake?? When Hagrid met Harry for the first time on his bday and he brought this huge cake with the wrong spelling. So cute! Yum!
